Felicia is the driving force behind SABRI Farms, overseeing every aspect of our operations from seed to sale. She orchestrates our production schedules, meticulously planning seed rotations and growth cycles to ensure consistent, year-round harvests. Beyond the growing side, Felicia manages our team, coordinates customer orders, maintains our facility to the highest standards, and ensures we have everything we need to grow. Having been with SABRI from the very beginning, she’s been instrumental in building the SABRI Farms brand from the ground up—shaping our operational systems, cultivating our workforce, and establishing strong relationships with customers throughout the region.
Faye Pilgrim – SABRI Farms Technician
Faye is the heartbeat of our daily operations, ensuring SABRI Farms runs seamlessly from morning seeding to afternoon deliveries. She coordinates the full production cycle—from planting seeds and transplanting seedlings to harvesting mature greens and maintaining our spotless growing environment. Faye also serves as our customer service hub, processing all incoming orders and managing invoicing to keep our supply chain moving smoothly. Her attention to detail and organizational skills ensure that every head of lettuce meets our quality standards and reaches customers on time, every time.

Aaron is an essential part of the SABRI Farms team, bringing dedication and hands-on expertise to our weekly operations.
