SABRI received a $5000.00 grant from the MMSB Come Home Year Community Clean-up Fund in 2022. We partnered with communities in the SABRI region that were not recipients of funding from MMSB to enable community clean-ups. We thank our dedicated volunteers in Cook’s Harbour, Wild Bight, Raleigh, Ship Cove, St. Lunaire-Griquet, Straitsview and Noddy Bay for hosting five clean-up events. We also purchased 24 “Do Not Litter” signs and garbage cans having them placed along trails and in public areas to support keeping communities clean and beautiful.
