SABRI is in the early planning stages of exploring a proposed 60‑bed, non‑profit personal care home for St. Anthony to help address the growing need for seniors’ care in our region. SABRI currently operates 26 housing properties through SABRI Estates, many of which are focused on retirement living, as well as 10 properties through SABRI Suites, giving us experience in managing residential properties in the community.
The proposed new housing development would be located on the Paddock property on Starigan Hill Drive in St. Anthony. We are very aware of the importance of the nearby Tea House Hill Trail, and protecting and enhancing the trail is a key part of this process. We are committed to respectful consultation, maintaining the wooded character of the trail, and exploring opportunities to improve trail access and connections.
We want community input as plans are developed. We encourage anyone with questions, ideas, or concerns to reach out and participate as we move forward together in exploring this important community project.
